Product Function

The helmet shell is made of pure imported aramid woven fabric or uhmwpe, and the surface is sprayed with military polyurea elastomer coating. Suspension system: 4-point suspension technology is used internally to improve the stability of helmet wearing. Equipped with adjustable headband, the size of the head circumference can be adjusted through four structural parts to maximize the stability of the helmet.

Product Performance

The bulletproof helmet shall be tested according to the specified bullet type and bullet speed of different protection levels. In the case of 5 effective hits, the bulletproof helmet shall block the warhead, the bullet mark height of the helmet shell shall be less than or equal to 25mm, and the suspension buffer system has no parts separated after the test.

Water resistance: After the bulletproof helmet is soaked in water for 24h at room temperature, there should be no cracks, bubbles or layering on the surface of the helmet shell. In the case of 2 effective hits, the bulletproof helmet shall block the warhead, the height of the first shell shall be less than or equal to 25mm, and the suspension buffer system has no parts off after testing.

Environmental adaptability: Under the ambient temperature -25℃~ +55℃, no cracks, bubbles or stratification on the surface of the shell. In 2 effective hits, the bulletproof helmet shall block the warhead, the bullet mark height of the first bullet point shall be less than or equal to 25mm, and the suspension buffer system shall not have parts after the test.

* Once the helmet has been fully adjusted, to remove it, simply press the snaps on the chinstrap.
